A friendly and reliable Company. My text was responded to quickly. Thomas arrived punctually, both for the quote and to perform the work. He did a thorough job, making the carpet spotless from one end of the room to the other. I would use this fantastic service again and I would recommend it to others.

This company were fantastic. Another company cancelled on me in the morning and Natalia Carpet Sheriff had an availability later in the day. My day off work was not wasted! Tomasz did a fantastic job, he worked hard and didn’t stop. He ensured I understood what I had booked in for online(very easy to do with prices for each clean listed clearly) before he started the job. I paid a little extra for stain and neutraliser. He did a great job, carpets are a little old so wasn’t expecting a miracle but I was very impressed with the end result and everywhere smelt lovely for the rest of the week. Highly recommend this company. Very friendly and local in the Salford area.

EXCELLENT , came early after calling to check it was ok, explained that i had not included the charge for animals which was fine with me as my carpets were a disgrace( i have 2 cats and a dog), due to the animal hair it took longer and he made sure the job reflected this. Before stating he used a UV light to show me hidden stains (Urghh)The carpets were removed of fur by a special rotator, the stairs were done by hand, carpets cleaned with special animal stuff and left cleaner than I have ever seen them (apart from new 20yrs ago). Tomasz was so helpful friendly and polite, he knew his technical stuff and even moved furniture for me to ensure nothing was left uncleaned. I cannot recommend highly enough, if you are looking to get carpets cleaned don't waste time shopping around use this company! PS I am going to get them to clean my daughters suite, they are professional, helpful, friendly, and do the job!

They were running half an hour late and they kept us well informed which was much appreciated. Nothing worse than waiting for workmen wondering if they are going to turn up. They did a great job bringing my rug back to life and were very pleasant to deal with. We have saved their number for the future and to recommend to family and friends.
