So pleased I chose this company and waited the month due to them being so busy, I can see why! Tomas was friendly, professional and super efficient. Due to my elderly dog recently going blind she struggles going out and has had a few accidents so I considered hiring a vax but then decided to let a professional do the work and I’m so glad out of all the local companies I chose this one! Carpet looks and smells amazing, can smell it all down the corridor of my apartment building. Only took roughly an hour and I felt comfortable enough to nip out to the shops whilst the job was getting done. Will 100% use again, can’t recommend enough 11/10
Great fast service. Tomas very well mannered and helpful . Good result for my well worn carpet . Thanks 🙏
2nd time using Natalie Carpet Sheriff in a short space of time after moving from a rented house to a house we bought & glad we did as the new house had a lot of dog urine around which we were oblivious to. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.
Very prompt reply to my enquiry. Appointment booked. A remind was sent which is always nice these days, when half the time contractors don't turn up. Tomas arrived as agreed. Really nice guy and clearly knowledgeable. The work was completed to a high standard in no time at all, and we were kindly given a free bottle of spot cleaner. Highly recommended and we will be using them again.
We have used this company a few times for our carpet clean and they always do an exceptional job! Thank you so much, again!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was great, answered all my questions quickly and accurately. Turn up on time, checked the carpets over, and discussed the extra charge for urine treatment before starting. Tomas was polite, friendly and efficient. Very happy with the job.
I had a wonderful experience with this carpet cleaning service and wanted to highlight the incredible job they did! The technician who came to my home was exceptionally warm, professional, and courteous. They arrived right on time, greeted me with a friendly smile, and immediately made me feel confident in their service. What stood out most was their thoroughness and attention to detail. They took the time to inspect the high-traffic areas, explained their cleaning process, and treated tough stains I thought would never come out. My carpets look fresh, renewed, and spotlessly clean, and the whole house smells great. Their positive attitude and dedication to doing a quality job made the entire process seamless. I am completely satisfied and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!
Tomas was very friendly and approachable this is the second time he has attended our property. He has been thorough in his work and happy to move furnishings around to get his work done. The fee was reasonable for the two reception rooms he cleaned.
From first point of contact/enquiry, through to completion, the service levels have been second to none. Communicative, professional, and then the quality of the clean just amazing, like new, and super lovely people - Will definitely recommend and use again, thank you.

I searched for a carpet and upholstery company in the Manchester using Checkatrade and Natalia from Natalia Carpet Sheriff immediately contacted me by email and was very professional and thorough with the quote for cleaning sofa covers and two carpets and gave me a price and charged me the exact amount on completion of the cleaning. Her partner Tomas was the person who carried out the cleaning job and turned up at the appointed time and did an excellent and efficient cleaning job for me and he was very clean in his work. I would recommend this company to anyone as you get what they promise
Fantastic service from Natalia Carpet Sheriff! We needed our mattress professionally cleaned after a leak in our master bedroom, and the results were brilliant. Excellent and very professional service. Will definitely use again. They were recommended to me for carpet cleaning. Will also use for furniture cleaning in the future.
Just had my carpet repaired by Tomas. What a fantastic job. Carpet is better than new and you can't tell where the repair took place ( carpet melt / burn from hot device ) Simply magic and done ever so quickly. Already asked about coming back for other bits that need doing. Very happy. I promise the uploaded picture is the repaired carpet.
Had a dining room carpet cleaned. Both men very polite, came earlier than planned and did an excellent job. Very reasonable price. Would definitely have them back and highly recommend them.
I was really pleased with the quality of the clean of both my hardwood floor and carpet. Excellent value, would highly recommend.
Highly recommend. I have carpets that most carpet cleaners can’t and won’t touch because they’re expensive, dry clean only and require specialised cleaning and products. Tomas has cleaned these carpets twice. He also did a “faux” leather repair for me on my stairs runner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He is reliable, very professional and works very hard. The booking process is also super easy and efficient thanks to his partner.
We had our carpets cleaned today after a number of years and wow what a difference. Thank you so much. We would highly recommend. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and offered great advice. The finish is brilliant and the carpets look new again. Thanks again.
Excellent service both prior to the visit and during the visit. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Tomas.

Tomas & Dawid have literally just left my house after doing a full clean of my corner sofa and footstool. I only requested an appointment 5 days ago and they were able fit me in really quickly. I have 2 hairy dogs so there was a lot of work that needed to be done with the sofa but it now looks like brand new. They were very efficient and lovely people and I will definitely be using this service again. I would recommend to anyone who needs a sofa or carpet cleaning, to use this company. Thank you so much!
Really good service! Was very friendly and explained how it worked and was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend

Wonderful, genuine and fast service. I spoke to The kind lady on the phone who booked my appointment. The crew arrived earlier than promised and finished the job to perfection The carpet looks brand-new. I’ll definitely book them again.
This is the second time we have used this family business. They are very friendly and extremely professional. Great service from start to finish. We had a carpet, rug and 3 piece suite cleaned. Really pleased with the outcome. The suite looks like new, and a very grubby carpet in a teenager’s bedroom has been completely resurrected. I would not hesitate to recommend Natalia Carpet Sheriff, and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Tomas and David were very professional and did a very good job on my carpet I will have them back again Thankyou
I recently had my carpets and sofa professionally cleaned and I’m genuinely impressed with the results! The team was friendly, punctual, and very professional throughout. They took the time to explain everything and handled my home with great care. My carpets look absolutely refreshed, and the sofa—which had a few stubborn marks—now looks as good as new. Everything was left smelling clean and fresh without any harsh chemical odours. It’s clear they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to deliver great results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning. I’ll definitely be booking them again!
Absolutely great service, from Tomas. The service quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations. I Highly recommend this service to Everyone!! 😊10/10

Thomas done a really great job, I am really happy and highly recommend Natial carpet sheriff to anyone , extremely present and i will be using this company again. And recommend to all friends and family.
Excellent service. We were concerned about the carpet being stained after an accident with a bowl of dirty water, but I spoke to Natalia who didn't "make a drama out of a crisis". She contacted Tomasz and confirmed that he would be round the same evening. Then I got a message telling me he'd be there sooner. When he and his colleague arrived they were calm, friendly and efficient. They brought very up to date equipment and got on with the job of cleaning the carpet in the bedroom and on the stairs, which they have done to a very high standard. We are in the process of finishing lots of improvements in the house and we had planned to have all the carpets cleaned soon. I will definitely be using this service when we come to do it. Highly recommended.
Great work carried out by Tomas. He was punctual, quick, clean, polite, friendly and efficient. Very happy with the results caused due to a hairdryer burning the bedroom carpet. He was done in 30mins. Highly recommended.
Great company to deal with, very friendly woman on the front line. I had booked for the carpets to be cleaned but there was a problem with the decorating not being up to scratch (insurance job) so I had to cancel at the last minute, this just wasn't an issue and we got a slot the following week following a cancellation.
Had a carpet repair. Amazing skill and probably the most cost-effective shop in manchester
They patched two pieces of wool carpet that had been eaten by moths. Amazing result - virtually impossible to see. Very friendly, prompt, reasonable, I highly recommended them.
David did a deep clean of my sofa. From start to finish he was very friendly and polite. Very tidy and professional throughout. He talked me through every step of the process. The difference in the before and after is great! I highly recommend this company. Would love to hire them again in the future.
Lovely and professional team who were extremely responsive and realistic. I had a carpet burn where they quickly resolved my issue with outstanding results. Both flexible and realistic, they catered to both my needs and realistic expectations including other solutions and came out to repair within a few days. Now my burn is basically unnoticeable after less than a week which was great considering the state of my carpet which has seen better days
Brilliant service all round! Friendly, helpful and professional. I have witnessed their work on 5 different occasions now - from the initial booking in, to the finished job - everything has been fantastic! Will definitely be using again! Thank you for making sure everything runs so smoothly.

Amazing service. I needed an emergency carpet clean due to some structural damage within my property. The clean was arranged for the next day. The clean was completed and I’m amazed at the results. The guys managed to remove soot stains that had fallen from my roof through my ceiling on to my carpet. They did all this in sweltering heat as well! Will definitely book again for a stairs carpet clean. Thank you so much.

Really happy with the carpet cleaning service from Natalie and the team proper Select all professional machines anu ed an antibacterial treatment. The carpets were cleaned very thoroughly a now lod resh and almost like new again. Very professional, friendly and good value for money. Would definitely recommend them.

The individual who cleaned our mattress was friendly, professional, thorough and clearly takes pride in their work. The mattress looks so much better and the whole service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely use Natalia again! Thank you! 🙌
Great service from Tomasz! Very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!
Tomas did an excellent job cleaning an apartment I just moved into. The previous tenant left the bedroom carpet severely dirty covered in stains and it now looks brand new. Plus it smells amazing. Thank you again!

Amazing - my cat had ripped up my carpet in 2 rooms and it now looks perfect - thank you.
Tomas and his team did a great job of my carpets. I had a full house carpet clean, the price was very reasonable. Tomas gave a free estimate after assessing the carpets. The customer service was excellent, they were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

One side of the cushion was missed (easy done as loads of them! And it was only a small part) The guys were back out no problem or issue. Highley recommend this company, care and attention was wonderful will definatley use again. Thank you
We were really impressed with Thomas’s work, he was very adaptable and worked around deliveries and the general moving in day coming and goings. He fitted us in on a last minute booking and was very knowledgeable about his trade. We would se again.
Fantastic job from the two guys and they did an amazing job with sofa bed! I’ve booked them again for another job next week🤩

I’ve just moved into my new flat and discovered the previous tenants had a cat so the sofa needed a deep clean and some treatment. The service was fantastic and the sofa is like brand new. I’ll be contacting them for any further services I may need.
Wow what a service! So professional, prompt and excellent value for money. Amazing workmanship, saved us so much money not needing to buy a complete new carpet.

Iv just had a thorough clean by this service. There’s stains that previous cleaning companies haven’t been able to remove that have disappeared. Really nice and professional service by Natalia and Tomas. They were very quick to respond to queries and their online booking system is so easy to use. Will be using again next time .
Great service. Had them perform a clean at the end of a tenancy. Thorough clean, amazing results. Strongly recommended.

Amazing service. I needed an emergency carpet clean due to some structural damage within my property. The clean was arranged for the next day. The clean was completed and I’m amazed at the results.
