Thomas and David were excellent. They were quick, polite and fixed the carpet to an excellent standard. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Natalia Carpet Sheriff were so professional and their results are AMAZING. They cleaned 4 sofas, 6 dining chairs… and 2 paint spots and 1 makeup stain off the carpet. We had pretty bad stains from the kids being young and messy so I wasn’t sure how much would come out. Our sofas now look BRAND NEW! The pic here was so blotchy and horrible- wish I took a before pic! Highly recommend 10****

We were really happy with the repair that was done on our carpet. A small area had melted due to an accident with a hairdryer and I thought that patching it would look too obvious, but I was surprised that it's actually difficult to see where the repair was done. Luckily the length of the fibres mean it's easier to hide. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously very skilled, and we would highly recommend.

2 words. Absolutely fantastic. The living room carpet was filthy, it needed cleaning so I picked up the phone to Natalia Carpet Sheriff. They came the next day and my carpet looks and smells amazing. Tomas was very professional. He understood an inspection of my carpet and allowing me time to assess whether it was worth cleaning before committing. In the end, I decided to have some of the carpet cleaned in one room (that was less damaged than the others). He did say great job. Very friendly too!

Rang for an emergency carpet clean, Tomas came the same day and got what seemed like an impossible to remove stain out completely! They were really professional and polite, brought protective mats and shoe protectors with them. And they also cleaned my mattress and a different stain additionally. I couldn’t recommend them enough 11/10

Great Carpet Cleaning ServiceWe have booked Natalia Carpet Sheriff to clean our carpets, and they did a fantastic job! He was professional, on time, and got rid of stains I thought were permanent. Our carpets look and feel like new. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Tomasz cleaned a small bedroom’s carpet for me today in my new apartment I’m slowly moving over to. The carpet itself didn’t seem to have been cleaned in the two years since the apartment was built and had a few marks in places. It was quick and easy to arrange an appointment, Tomasz was very polite and professional, and completed the work very quickly (the water from the carpet was a dark grey, so he clearly got a lot of dirt out of a small carpet). Tomasz quickly identified some marks to clean (paint/make up) and also treated the carpet with an antibacterial spray (smells brilliant!). The work is a bit noisy (which Tomasz explained) which is fine, but there was no messing around and the work was incredibly high quality and good value compared to a doing this myself with a Rug Doctor. I would personally use Natalia’s services again for any carpet cleaning, no hesitation! Thanks Tomasz

Brilliant service and way more affordable than many of the competitors. Really easy to book your own appointment online then you get texts confirming the job and reminders. He uses a black light, the previous owners of our house had a dog and there were so many urine stains we weren't aware of. Really hard working guy and lovely to interact with.

Tomasz arrived on time for the clean. Was very professional and friendly. He and his colleague were there for two hours and did a very good job of cleaning my 18 year old wool carpet, hall landing and stairs (and also my sofa and armchair which came up like new.) As Tomasz pointed out I had not treated my wool carpet very well over the years as it was very patchy with the store bought spot cleaner I had been using which contained bleach - so beware anyone with a wool carpet and check before use. All dried well over night and house smelled lovely. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our experience with Natalia Carpet Sheriff was excellent. There was a very prompt response to my enquiry and Tomasz fitted us in as a priority on the same day, to clean a hall carpet that a grandchild had been sick on the previous day. We are amazed at how clean the carpet came up, and plan to use them again when we need the carpets cleaned throughout the house. What a pleasure dealing with this couple.

Cannot recommend Carpet Sheriff enough. Requested a quote late at night and had one at 7 in the morning. They booked me in same week and did an amazing job, even took the stains out that we thought were permanent. Regret not booking them earlier. Tomas was super friendly and amazing at his job!

We needed a professional clean after hosting a few dogs, one of which was a malting husky which covered the carpet in a new layer. Thomasz was extremely knowledgeable and professional, helping us understand what we need and being transparent with options and pricing.
