Natalia Carpet Sheriff were very quick to answer my message about a full carpet clean and got me booked in and came within 2 days. They were on time and very friendly and professional. The carpet cleaning was done to the highest standard and I’m very happy. The carpet smells amazing. I’d definitely recommend and will use them again.

This is the second time we have used this service to clean my sofas and both times I have been so impressed. My sofas are always full of dog hair as I have 2 golden retrievers and various marks/stains and they look as good as new after the cleaning service. Our carpets were cleaned today after a “accident” with spaghetti, which landed on the floor and stained carpet really badly. Service was excellent, great communication, highly recommend and for sure we will use “Natalia Carpet Sheriff” in the future.

Friendly, reliable and affordable. All things i took into consideration when booking with Natalia. Her husband did my carpets and he turned up a few minutes early (not a problem), definite plus side. Legend! A hot water pipe burst and turned my apartment into a swimming pool. Tomasz was there within minutes, saved the day, and had all the special equipment and cleaning products to prevent long term damage. Even helped me move all my furniture out of the way to prevent damage. Thanks!

Moving into a new home with a dog having used the carpet previously, we are glad we asked Natalia Carpet sheriff to come help. Tom was right on time, did a fabulous job and the house smells as good as new, with no traces of dog’s stay. We will be using them for all our future carpet cleaning requirements.

With expert knowledge and equipment, a very thorough work ethic and super friendly approach I would fully recommend Natalia Carpet Sheriff in a heartbeat. I am quite dubious about who I let into my house but having looked at the reviews, I decided to book and I’m so glad I did. Tomasz cleaned a 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs, 2 footstools, a large rug and got rid of all the pet hair too!! He really did do a fantastic job and even brought a little Christmas present along too!!!
