Terms & Conditions

1. Service

1.1 Natalia Carpet Sheriff, a professional and reliable provider, offers contractual carpet and upholstery cleaning services to private and commercial properties, adhering to universally accepted standards.

1.2 Natalia Carpet Sheriff uses only top-notch equipment and cleaning products, all dedicated to carpet and upholstery cleaning and manufactured by certified companies, ensuring the highest quality service.

1.3 The service includes carpet and upholstery cleaning only—professional carpet preparation, stain treatment, deodorising, and carpet deep clean with hot water extraction. It does not include carpet repairs*, furniture removal, or rearrangements. We will not compensate for any damage to the furniture. You must inform us about any existing damage before the service starts.

1.4 The service does not include room preparation, such as removing personal belongings. Pet hair removal and pet urine treatment are additional services. You can include additional services, but they will incur separate charges, as detailed in our price list.

*Customers can book carpet repair as a separate service after a prior quotation appointment.


2. Appointments and Quotes

2.1 Appointments must be pre-booked over the phone, via message or our online booking system.

2.2 Prices listed on the website and quotes obtained are general but should stay fixed if the order description is consistent with the actual area to clean. We reserve the right to confirm the order and price the day after the attending operative examines it.

2.3 The client can decline a price adjustment and terminate the service before its commencement.

2.4 Natalia Carpet Sherriff expects at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice; we do not charge a cancellation fee.

2.5 The customer should provide parking. If there is no parking, the customer must pay all parking fees.


3. Payments

3.1 Natalia Carpet Sheriff accepts payments for service by cash, debit, credit card, and bank transfer.

3.2 The invoice fee is payable within seven days of the date of our invoice. Any overdue payments not agreed upon incur a £20.00 late payment charge per week, with payment due on the same day.

3.3 Please make all payments due under these Terms & Conditions. in full without deduction or withholding. If you do not pay within the specified period, we reserve the right to suspend any further service provision and cancel any additional ordered services.

3.4 After assessing the situation, we extend the payment periods and agree upon specific terms. Natalia Carpet Sheriff does not need to agree to change payment periods.


4. Refunds

4.1 In case of appointment cancellation, paid in advance, a refund will be made in the total amount paid with no cancellation fee if cancellation is reported 24 hours before the appointment.

4.2 If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must complain within 24 hours. Refunds and any service that we agreed to repeat are subject to individual assessment and will be executed within two weeks from the initial service date. 

4.3 All complaints should be sent via email to info@nataliacarpetsheriff.co.uk or via phone at +44 782 5581 722. We aim to respond to all complaints with an appropriate solution within five days.


5. Liability Policy

5.1 Due to the nature of the service, any damage to private property that occurs as a result must be reported within 24 hours after the service.


5.2 the operative who attended the service will individually assess every damage.
