Terms & Conditions

1. Service

1.1 Natalia Carpet Sheriff provides contractual carpet and upholstery cleaning services to private and commercial properties according to generally accepted standards.

1.2 All equipment and cleaning products used by Natalia Carpet Sheriff are professional and dedicated to carpet and upholstery cleaning only and are manufactured by certified companies.

1.3 The service includes carpet and upholstery cleaning service only  –  professional carpet preparation, stain treatment, deodorizing, hot water extraction. It does not include carpet repairs, furniture removal, or furniture rearrangements. Any furniture damage to the furniture will not be compensated and you must inform us about any existing damage before the service start.

1.4 The service does not include rooms preparation such as removing personal belongings. Pet hair removal and pet urine treatment can be added as additional service and is charged additionally as it stands in our price list.


2. Appointments and Quotes

2.1 Appointments need to be pre booked over the phone, message or our online booking system.

2.2 Prices listed on the website and quotes obtained  are general but should stay fixed if order description is consistent with the actual area to clean. 

We reserve the right to confirm the order and the price on the day after examination by the attending operative.

2.3 The client is allowed not to accept change in price and resign from the service at any time before the service is started.

2.4 Natalia Carpet Sherriff expects at least 24 hours cancellation notice, we do not charge cancellation fee.

2.5 Customer should provide parking, if there is no parking, all parking fees need to be paid by customer.


3. Payments

3.1 Natalia Carpet Sheriff accept payments for service by cash, debit and credit card and with bank transfer.

3.2 Invoice fee is payable within 14 days of the date of the date of our invoice. Any not agreed delays in payments are subject to same day payment period with £20.00 late payment charge weekly.

3.3 All payments due under these Terms& Conditions must be made in full without any deduction or withholding. If payment is not made within the period set up above we can suspend any further provision of the service and cancel any further service which have been ordered.

3.4 Longer payment periods are assessed and eventually agreed on individual terms. Natalia Carpet Sheriff does not needs to agree for changing payment periods.


4. Refunds

4.1 In case of cancellation of appointment paid in advance refund will be made in the full amount paid with no cancellation fee  if cancellation is reported is 24 hour before appointment.

4.2 In case our service become a subject to any dissatisfaction, complaints are accepted within 24 hours only. Refunds are subject to individual assessment.

4.3 All complains should be send via email to info@nataliacarpetsheriff.co.uk or via phone +44 782 5581 722. We aim to respond to all complains with appropriate solution within 5 days.


5. Liability Policy

5.1 Due to the nature of the service, any damage to private property that occurs as a result of the service must be reported within 24 hours after the service.

5.2 Every damage will be assessed individually by the operative who attended the service.
