Excellent service. We were concerned about the carpet being stained after an accident with a bowl of dirty water, but I spoke to Natalia who didn't "make a drama out of a crisis". She contacted Tomasz and confirmed that he would be round the same evening. Then I got a message telling me he'd be there sooner. When he and his colleague arrived they were calm, friendly and efficient. They brought very up to date equipment and got on with the job of cleaning the carpet in the bedroom and on the stairs, which they have done to a very high standard. We are in the process of finishing lots of improvements in the house and we had planned to have all the carpets cleaned soon. I will definitely be using this service when we come to do it. Highly recommended.

I called following unsuccessful attempts to get black paint out of a cream carpet. I was responded to instantly and they came out within 2 days and completely transformed the carpet. I had lost all hope and I was so amazed by how it lifted! Not only that, the guys that came were friendly and professional!
The pricing is completely misleading. I booked a one-bedroom carpet clean advertised at £50, and only when the staff arrived, you start adding extra charges — £20 for parking, £10 for dog urine, and £5 for makeup stains. None of this was clearly explained upfront, which makes it feel like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than honest pricing. These are not unusual conditions and should have been disclosed before the appointment, not added on the spot.

I recently booked a carpet cleaning service with Natalia Carpet Sheriff. I initially spoke with the lady on 11th February and had a very positive experience on the phone. She was friendly, honest, and instilled confidence that the job could be done. During that conversation, I said something along the lines of, “Don’t worry about it, I think they’re really bad, and given the cost, I might as well save and put it towards new carpets or flooring.” I wasn’t asked to send photos of my carpets. Instead, she sent examples of previous jobs that had been in a really bad state to demonstrate what they could handle and encourage booking. However, when the team came to my home, I wasn’t prepared for how invasive and unsettling the UV inspection felt. It really highlighted just how dirty the carpets and underlay were, leaving me feeling like my home was in worse condition than I realized. The cleaner walked around and said things like, “I’ve not seen anything like this in a while, in a long while,” and “It’s all over. Yeah, it’s bad.” While that may have been meant as factual, it felt overwhelming and insensitive. He did acknowledge the issues in the underlay and understood how that would feel, which I appreciated. It’s very rare that a carpet issue goes down to the underlay, so this was particularly serious. Unfortunately, the overall experience was horrible, and the in-person visit left me feeling stressed and upset. Another issue I experienced was regarding the £50 call-out fee. My appointment was originally set for 2nd March, which I later had to move to 27th March due to unforeseen circumstances. All communication about the appointment and rescheduling was via WhatsApp messages. On the phone, she specifically asked me, “Please, can you give at least 48 hours’ notice?”—but never mentioned that simply having an assessment could incur a £50 fee if I chose not to proceed. This is not just a cancellation; it’s a call-out fee to properly assess the carpets, which should absolutely be explained beforehand. Simply referring people to terms and conditions isn’t enough—what if people can’t read them? When the cleaner arrived, I was informed about the fee, which I paid to avoid dispute—but this could have been avoided with clear upfront communication. Overall, while the team is capable, professional, and can do the job, I would strongly suggest clearer communication about the assessment fee and a more sensitive approach when discussing the condition of someone’s home.

Efficient service. Website was far better than any other carpet cleaning service in the area - clear information on services and pricing. Also easy to book an appointment online. The company were communicative and able to move our appointment earlier because of a cancellation, and also were flexible about us adding another room to be cleaned. Staff were knowledgeable, examined the carpets before cleaning, and managed our expectations on what could be achieved (the carpets were very old). Would definitely use again.

Outstanding job done by these two guys, I was blown away with the results! We have a busy house with 3 dogs and cream carpets on the stairs and the entire upper floor, which they have transformed into looking like they did the day we moved in 18 months ago. They were so friendly, kind and professional. Extremely proficient in their area of expertise, having all the equipment to provide a top tier, efficient service. I’ve decided to sell my house and had some old carpets inside so I thought I would clean them myself but reconsidered and I’m glad I did and even more glad I went with Natalia carpet sheriff as they knew exactly what to do and had the right tools and cleaning agents for the the job. They provided a quote for a carpet burn fix after an in-person visit, and when we booked them, they were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. They had a large machine for the job and were careful not to scratch the apartment walls and to wear shoe coverings inside. My husband and I were extremely impressed and would use them again for various fix or cleaning jobs should we need to. We've also recommended them to a few people.

Natalia Carpet Sheriff company cleaned my lounge, hall, stairs, landing and cloakroom carpets yesterday together with my three piece suite. I am really pleased with the results and the workmanship and would highly recommend them. My carpet is over 30 years old but is top quality and has cleaned beautifully. My lounge suite is relatively new but is made of a light coloured material which was starting to look grubby and this too looks amazing. Good job!

Amazing service. I needed an emergency carpet clean due to some structural damage within my property. The clean was arranged for the next day. The clean was completed and I’m amazed at the results. The guys managed to remove soot stains that had fallen from my roof through my ceiling on to my carpet. They did all this in sweltering heat as well! Excellent service. We were concerned about the carpet being stained after an accident with a bowl of dirty water, but I spoke to Natalia who didn't "make a drama out of a crisis". She contacted Tomasz and confirmed that he would be round the same evening. Then I got a message telling me he'd be there sooner. When he and his colleague arrived they were calm, friendly and efficient. They brought very up to date equipment and got on with the job of cleaning the carpet in the bedroom and on the stairs, which they have done to a very high standard. We are in the process of finishing lots of improvements in the house and we had planned to have all the carpets cleaned soon. I will definitely be using this service when we come to do it. I recently booked a carpet cleaning service with Natalia Carpet Sheriff. I initially spoke with the lady on 11th February and had a very positive experience on the phone. She was friendly, honest, and instilled confidence that the job could be done. During that conversation, I said something along the lines of, “Don’t worry about it, I think they’re really bad, and given the cost, I might as well save and put it towards new carpets or flooring.” I wasn’t asked to send photos of my carpets. Instead, she sent examples of previous jobs that had been in a really bad state to demonstrate what they could handle and encourage booking. However, when the team came to my home, I wasn’t prepared for how invasive and unsettling the UV inspection felt. It really highlighted just how dirty the carpets and underlay were, leaving me feeling like my home was in worse condition than I realized. The cleaner walked around and said things like, “I’ve not seen anything like this in a while, in a long while,” and “It’s all over. Yeah, it’s bad.” While that may have been meant as factual, it felt overwhelming and insensitive. He did acknowledge the issues in the underlay and understood how that would feel, which I appreciated. It’s very rare that a carpet issue goes down to the underlay, so this was particularly serious. Unfortunately, the overall experience was horrible, and the in-person visit left me feeling stressed and upset. Another issue I experienced was regarding the £50 call-out fee. My appointment was originally set for 2nd March, which I later had to move to 27th March due to unforeseen circumstances. All communication about the appointment and rescheduling was via WhatsApp messages. On the phone, she specifically asked me, “Please, can you give at least 48 hours’ notice?”—but never mentioned that simply having an assessment could incur a £50 fee if I chose not to proceed. This is not just a cancellation; it’s a call-out fee to properly assess the carpets, which should absolutely be explained beforehand. Simply referring people to terms and conditions isn’t enough—what if people can’t read them? When the cleaner arrived, I was informed about the fee, which I paid to avoid dispute—but this could have been avoided with clear upfront communication. Overall, while the team is capable, professional, and can do the job, I would strongly suggest clearer communication about the assessment fee and a more sensitive approach when discussing the condition of someone’s home.

We have a busy house with 3 dogs and cream carpets on the stairs and the entire upper floor, which they have transformed into looking like they did the day we moved in 18 months ago. They were so friendly, kind and professional. Extremely proficient in their area of expertise, having all the equipment to provide a top tier, efficient service. I’ve decided to sell my house and had some old carpets inside so I thought I would clean them myself but reconsidered and I’m glad I did and even more glad I went with Natalia carpet sheriff as they knew exactly what to do and had the right tools and cleaning agents for the the job. My stairs carpet is twenty years old and after they had finished cleaning it, looks almost new. Called on the Tues, cleaned on Thursday by lunchtime by the lovely David. We booked Hall, stairs, landing and Living room under one of their packages offered. Amazing service. I needed an emergency carpet clean due to some structural damage within my property. The clean was arranged for the next day. The clean was completed and I’m amazed at the results. The guys managed to remove soot stains that had fallen from my roof through my ceiling on to my carpet. They did all this in sweltering heat as well! This is the second time we have used this service to clean my sofas and both times I have been so impressed. My sofas are always full of dog hair as I have 2 golden retrievers and various marks/stains and they look as good as new after the cleaning service. Yesturday i contacted a company to ask for availability for a matress clean my contact details where passed onto Natalia Carpet Sheriff and I was contacted straight away to be offered an availability slot for today. The company arrived on time and he was very polite and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and what I had to do over the next 24hrs. *Will update once matress is dry etc but so far I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend. 😀

The company were communicative and able to move our appointment earlier because of a cancellation, and also were flexible about us adding another room to be cleaned. Staff were knowledgeable, examined the carpets before cleaning, and managed our expectations on what could be achieved (the carpets were very old). Would definitely use again.

I finally managed to arrange to get my front room carpet deep cleaned prior the previous tenant who rented the property. We had a great experience using Natalia Carpet Sheriff. They provided a quote for a carpet burn fix after an in-person visit, and when we booked them, they were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. They had a large machine for the job and were careful not to scratch the apartment walls and to wear shoe coverings inside. My husband and I were extremely impressed and would use them again for various fix or cleaning jobs should we need to. We've also recommended them to a few people.

Natalia Carpet Sheriff company cleaned my lounge, hall, stairs, landing and cloakroom carpets yesterday together with my three piece suite. I am really pleased with the results and the workmanship and would highly recommend them. My carpet is over 30 years old but is top quality and has cleaned beautifully. My lounge suite is relatively new but is made of a light coloured material which was starting to look grubby and this too looks amazing. Good job!

Thomas did a very good job cleaning my wool living room carpet, I'm really pleased with the results. I have 2 cats and there were a few pet stains. After cleaning the pet stains were gone, as was the lingering smell around the litter box. The carpet looks very clean and smells fresh. Would definitely use again.

We had a fantastic outcome with the gentleman who came to our home to clean our reception and living room carpets. He was extremely competent in his work. He checked for stains with a special light which showed up the discrepancies even though they were invisible to the naked eye. Excellent customer service and very easy booking over the phone with exact explanation how the cleaning process will be carried out in stages. Reasonable price and outstanding service provided by very knowledgeable person. Apart from that I am over the moon with the results on my capet cleaning where I was in place to almost replace these. Natalia Carpet Sheriff is an amazing company, that provided excellent Customer service, attention to details, follow-up on questions, and most of all exceeded the required level of cleaning the carpets. I was struggling with dirt and stains on my carpet, in addition to moths (disgusting, I know). I couldn't identify the source of those moths but with the proper deep clean I got that all sorted out. 10/10 service and delivery, can't recommend them enough.

Booked me in within a couple of days of request and turned up early after a call to ask and he cleaned my couch for the first time in 6yrs! EXCELLENT , came early after calling to check it was ok, explained that i had not included the charge for animals which was fine with me as my carpets were a disgrace( i have 2 cats and a dog), due to the animal hair it took longer and he made sure the job reflected this. Before stating he used a UV light to show me hidden stains (Urghh)The carpets were removed of fur by a special rotator, the stairs were done by hand, carpets cleaned with special animal stuff and left cleaner than I have ever seen them (apart from new 20yrs ago). Tomasz was so helpful friendly and polite, he knew his technical stuff and even moved furniture for me to ensure nothing was left uncleaned. I cannot recommend highly enough, if you are looking to get carpets cleaned don't waste time shopping around use this company! PS I am going to get them to clean my daughters suite, they are professional, helpful, friendly, and do the job!

Tomasz was called out to our flat super short notice after we moved in to a property to find dirty rugs + spoiled mattresses. He was super lovely + helpful + professional as he explained the cleaning process so I felt right at ease he would do a good job 🙂 We could only get the rugs done due to an agency mix up, but he was very flexible to work around our schedule + agreed to come back the next day no problems - and even rearranged again which was much appreciated in the midst of a stressful house move. The rugs + carpets look amazing now, his work has made a big difference and the whole house smell perfumed (vs no nasty chemical smell) so we are really happy he's done a great job. We HIGHLY recommend!

I booked Tomasz for a full house carpet clean today and was very pleased with the service and outcome. Booking in online was simple and I like the transparency of prices available online. Tomasz was friendly, thorough with cleaning and also proactive in moving furniture I wasn’t able to myself.
