They were running half an hour late and they kept us well informed which was much appreciated. Nothing worse than waiting for workmen wondering if they are going to turn up. Tomas and David cleaned our suite yesterday and it’s like brand new! They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and very, very efficient. The whole suite and footstool was done in approx 1 hour 15 minutes and they had packed all the equipment up within 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Outstanding job done by these two guys, I was blown away with the results! We have a busy house with 3 dogs and cream carpets on the stairs and the entire upper floor, which they have transformed into looking like they did the day we moved in 18 months ago. They were so friendly, kind and professional. Extremely proficient in their area of expertise, having all the equipment to provide a top tier, efficient service. I paid more than I would have done going elsewhere but I don't think I would have gotten nearly as good as a service and end result as I did here. I would highly recommend them. I’ve decided to sell my house and had some old carpets inside so I thought I would clean them myself but reconsidered and I’m glad I did and even more glad I went with Natalia carpet sheriff as they knew exactly what to do and had the right tools and cleaning agents for the the job. My stairs carpet is twenty years old and after they had finished cleaning it, looks almost new. They provided a quote for a carpet burn fix after an in-person visit, and when we booked them, they were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. They had a large machine for the job and were careful not to scratch the apartment walls and to wear shoe coverings inside. My husband and I were extremely impressed and would use them again for various fix or cleaning jobs should we need to. We've also recommended them to a few people.

I am really pleased with the results and the workmanship and would highly recommend them. My carpet is over 30 years old but is top quality and has cleaned beautifully. My lounge suite is relatively new but is made of a light coloured material which was starting to look grubby and this too looks amazing. Good job!

Had my lounge, hallway carpets cleaned and a 2 seater sofa by Natalia Carpet Sheriff (NCS) after having used them before. There was great communication from start to finish. I managed to get a booking within the week as the weather was lovely. NCS did a fantastic job, very thorough and have keen eye for detail. There was 2 of them this time and managed to get all the jobs done within 90min or so. I would highly recommend their services to anyone without hesitation. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing service. I needed an emergency carpet clean due to some structural damage within my property. The clean was arranged for the next day. The clean was completed and I’m amazed at the results. The guys managed to remove soot stains that had fallen from my roof through my ceiling on to my carpet. They did all this in sweltering heat as well! Use UV light to help checking and identifying any pet mess for special cleansing treatment. Help moving large furniture for complete cleaning of the carpet. Attend to every details even small gaps between furnitures. Use gentle cleansing solution to human and pets. Outcome: Carpet and sofa are well cleaned. The whole home filled with a very light fresh smell. My carpet in bedroom has never been that fluffy after 6 years of use! Highly recommended! They had availability today. Tomasz was very punctual set everything up protected my flooring in the hall from.any potential water spillage from the machine. Tomasz arrived promptly on the day and did an excellent job when cleaning our living room, stairs and landing carpet. We were considering doing the job ourselves, but are so glad we didn’t as the carpets look and smell amazing! Tomas and David cleaned our suite yesterday and it’s like brand new! They arrived on time, were extremely courteous and very, very efficient. Outstanding job done by these two guys, I was blown away with the results! We have a busy house with 3 dogs and cream carpets on the stairs and the entire upper floor, which they have transformed into looking like they did the day we moved in 18 months ago. They were so friendly, kind and professional. Extremely proficient in their area of expertise, having all the equipment to provide a top tier, efficient service. I’ve decided to sell my house and had some old carpets inside so I thought I would clean them myself but reconsidered and I’m glad I did and even more glad I went with Natalia carpet sheriff as they knew exactly what to do and had the right tools and cleaning agents for the the job. My stairs carpet is twenty years old and after they had finished cleaning it, looks almost new. Natalia Carpet Sheriff company cleaned my lounge, hall, stairs, landing and cloakroom carpets yesterday together with my three piece suite. I am really pleased with the results and the workmanship and would highly recommend them. My carpet is over 30 years old but is top quality and has cleaned beautifully. My lounge suite is relatively new but is made of a light coloured material which was starting to look grubby and this too looks amazing. Good job!

Had my lounge, hallway carpets cleaned and a 2 seater sofa by Natalia Carpet Sheriff (NCS) after having used them before. There was great communication from start to finish. I managed to get a booking within the week as the weather was lovely. NCS did a fantastic job, very thorough and have keen eye for detail. There was 2 of them this time and managed to get all the jobs done within 90min or so. I would highly recommend their services to anyone without hesitation. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Use UV light to help checking and identifying any pet mess for special cleansing treatment. Help moving large furniture for complete cleaning of the carpet. Attend to every details even small gaps between furnitures. Use gentle cleansing solution to human and pets. Outcome: Carpet and sofa are well cleaned. The whole home filled with a very light fresh smell. My carpet in bedroom has never been that fluffy after 6 years of use! Highly recommended! Amazing service. I needed an emergency carpet clean due to some structural damage within my property. The clean was arranged for the next day. The clean was completed and I’m amazed at the results. The guys managed to remove soot stains that had fallen from my roof through my ceiling on to my carpet. They did all this in sweltering heat as well! This is the second time we have used this service to clean my sofas and both times I have been so impressed. My sofas are always full of dog hair as I have 2 golden retrievers and various marks/stains and they look as good as new after the cleaning service. Yesturday i contacted a company to ask for availability for a matress clean my contact details where passed onto Natalia Carpet Sheriff and I was contacted straight away to be offered an availability slot for today. The company arrived on time and he was very polite and friendly. They provided a quote for a carpet burn fix after an in-person visit, and when we booked them, they were extremely professional and courteous the entire time. They had a large machine for the job and were careful not to scratch the apartment walls and to wear shoe coverings inside. My husband and I were extremely impressed and would use them again for various fix or cleaning jobs should we need to. We've also recommended them to a few people.

Natalia Carpet Sheriff company cleaned my lounge, hall, stairs, landing and cloakroom carpets yesterday together with my three piece suite. I am really pleased with the results and the workmanship and would highly recommend them. My carpet is over 30 years old but is top quality and has cleaned beautifully. My lounge suite is relatively new but is made of a light coloured material which was starting to look grubby and this too looks amazing. Good job!

We were impressed by the clear pricing on her website and the excellent reviews, so we went ahead and booked online. This job was actually for one of our own customers, so we were acting as the middleman — but that didn’t cause any issues. Natalia contacted our customer directly, got them booked in quickly, and sorted the stain — all for the exact price quoted. No stress for us, and two happy customers: our client and ourselves! We had a fantastic outcome with the gentleman who came to our home to clean our reception and living room carpets. He was extremely competent in his work. He checked for stains with a special light which showed up the discrepancies even though they were invisible to the naked eye. He was meticulous in his cleaning and a pleasure to converse with the house smelled wonderful when he finished. We will definitely be back in touch when we are in need of further cleaning throughout the house.

Natalia Carpet Sheriff is geniualy the best carpet cleaning company in the area and only 5 stars is not enough. Excellent customer service and very easy booking over the phone with exact explanation how the cleaning process will be carried out in stages. Reasonable price and outstanding service provided by very knowledgeable person. Apart from that I am over the moon with the results on my capet cleaning where I was in place to almost replace these. Now, thanks to Natalia Carpet Sheriff my carpets look like new again and is not enough to mention the gorgeous smell that left after the cleaning. Cannot recommend Carpet Sheriff enough. Requested a quote late at night and had one at 7 in the morning. They booked me in same week and did an amazing job, even took the stains out that we thought were permanent. Regret not booking them earlier. Tomas was super friendly and amazing at his job!

Natalia Carpet Sheriff is an amazing company, that provided excellent Customer service, attention to details, follow-up on questions, and most of all exceeded the required level of cleaning the carpets. I was struggling with dirt and stains on my carpet, in addition to moths (disgusting, I know). I couldn't identify the source of those moths but with the proper deep clean I got that all sorted out. 10/10 service and delivery, can't recommend them enough.

Rang and spoke to several different businesses but decided to go with Natalie Carpet Sheriff due to the Tomas's friendly and knowledgeable wife. Booked me in within a couple of days of request and turned up early after a call to ask and he cleaned my couch for the first time in 6yrs! Looked loads better after he had finished with the cleaning in the heat and I have a dog so put pet protection on too. Took a day to dry with it being a fabric but not a problem. EXCELLENT , came early after calling to check it was ok, explained that i had not included the charge for animals which was fine with me as my carpets were a disgrace( i have 2 cats and a dog), due to the animal hair it took longer and he made sure the job reflected this. Before stating he used a UV light to show me hidden stains (Urghh)The carpets were removed of fur by a special rotator, the stairs were done by hand, carpets cleaned with special animal stuff and left cleaner than I have ever seen them (apart from new 20yrs ago). Tomasz was so helpful friendly and polite, he knew his technical stuff and even moved furniture for me to ensure nothing was left uncleaned. I cannot recommend highly enough, if you are looking to get carpets cleaned don't waste time shopping around use this company! PS I am going to get them to clean my daughters suite, they are professional, helpful, friendly, and do the job!

Tomasz was called out to our flat super short notice after we moved in to a property to find dirty rugs + spoiled mattresses. He was super lovely + helpful + professional as he explained the cleaning process so I felt right at ease he would do a good job 🙂 We could only get the rugs done due to an agency mix up, but he was very flexible to work around our schedule + agreed to come back the next day no problems - and even rearranged again which was much appreciated in the midst of a stressful house move. The rugs + carpets look amazing now, his work has made a big difference and the whole house smell perfumed (vs no nasty chemical smell) so we are really happy he's done a great job. We HIGHLY recommend!

This company were fantastic. Another company cancelled on me in the morning and Natalia Carpet Sheriff had an availability later in the day. My day off work was not wasted! Tomasz did a fantastic job, he worked hard and didn’t stop. He ensured I understood what I had booked in for online(very easy to do with prices for each clean listed clearly) before he started the job. I paid a little extra for stain and neutraliser. He did a great job, carpets are a little old so wasn’t expecting a miracle but I was very impressed with the end result and everywhere smelt lovely for the rest of the week.
