Excellent customer service and very easy booking over the phone with exact explanation how the cleaning process will be carried out in stages. Reasonable price and outstanding service provided by very knowledgeable person. Apart from that I am over the moon with the results on my capet cleaning where I was in place to almost replace these. Arrived on time, polite and friendly and did an excellent job of getting every bit of dog hair out of my long pile rug which is no mean feat (golden retriever=shedding machine) then cleaned it to perfection. Will definitely use again and would recommend!

Thomas did a very good job cleaning my wool living room carpet, I'm really pleased with the results. I have 2 cats and there were a few pet stains. After cleaning the pet stains were gone, as was the lingering smell around the litter box. The carpet looks very clean and smells fresh. Would definitely use again.

Our house now smells and looks new. Cleaned to a professional standard. Brought all the equipment himself, and really made the process easier, accommodated around all our newly moved in furniture, and was happy to work away while we popped out for a coffee.
